We are expanding our Contact Center team and we are looking for people who are curious and eager to learn about the Swedish Payroll and HR systems. As a Payroll specialist trainee, you will answer the questions from our Swedish customers about the Nmbrs® software, in our offices in Amsterdam. You are going to be the person on the inside that makes sure they don't feel lost in a sea of what Nmbrs® has to offer.

You will be part of the Contact Center team, consisting of a group of 14 enthusiastic young people! This team helps our customers with their questions about Nmbrs® software. You will keep an eye on incoming emails and calls and make sure customers get the answer they need.

Don't worry if you don't know anything about payroll or HR yet! In the onboarding period you learn all the ins and outs about our product and our payroll works. Workshops are also given throughout the year by experienced colleagues to increase the knowledge of support staff.

Annual salary gross range: €25.900-€33.700
