Swedish Payroll Specialist Traineeship

We are expanding our Contact Center team and we are looking for people who are curious and eager to learn about the Swedish Payroll and HR systems. As a Payroll specialist trainee, you will answer the questions from our Swedish customers about the Nmbrs® software, in our offices in Amsterdam. You are going to be the person on the inside that makes sure they don't feel lost in a sea of what Nmbrs® has to offer.

Job responsibilities
You will be part of the Contact Center team, consisting of a group of 14 enthusiastic young people! This team helps our customers with their questions about Nmbrs® software. You will keep an eye on incoming emails and calls and make sure customers get the answer they need.



In this team, you will:

  • Learn about the Swedish payroll system;
  • Handle the non-technical and technical questions from our Swedish customers (1st line and 2nd Line of Support);
  • Find the best solution to our customers by using our Knowledge Base, research on your own and consulting our in-house experts;
  • Connect and escalate internally with several teams to make sure the customer receives the best service possible;
  • Help to improve the empowerment of our customers, by helping to build our self-service support (Knowledge base, in-app support).


Don't worry if you don't know anything about payroll or HR yet! In the onboarding period you learn all the ins and outs about our product and our payroll works. Workshops are also given throughout the year by experienced colleagues to increase the knowledge of support staff.

Annual salary gross range: €25.900-€33.700

Vereisten

  • Speak Swedish as a native or bilingual language;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Have completed High School;
  • Have experience in customer-related functions is a niceto-have;
  • You are curious and passionate about HR and Payroll systems in Sweden;
  • Are empathetic, patient and have strong communication skills;
  • Have a problem-solving mindset;
  • Are enthusiastic about answering phone calls and helping customers;
  • Like to work together towards a common goal and are able to work independently;
  • Are available full-time.
