Sales Contact Center Agent (Dutch Native)

Job description

We’re looking for students who want a job next to their studies to help us as a Contact Centre Sales Agent in our Amsterdam office. You’ll be responsible for helping our potential customers decide if the Nmbrs software is the right solution for them.

Although we only sell our HR-payroll software in The Netherlands and in Sweden, our goal is to expand to 20 countries by 2025. The contact centre plays a huge part in it because it’s the first point of contact between Nmbrs and potential customers.

Who we are

Nmbrs is a tight-knit family full of hard-working, passionate and dedicated professionals. We develop cutting edge software that provides our customers with the efficiency and control they need to give their employees the best possible HR and payroll service.

How we work

We have no managers at Nmbrs and we get work done by organising people into multi-function teams. Although the Contact Center is the exception to this rule, we still work as independently as possible.

We have a big group of enthusiastic students and, as a Contact Centre Sales agent, you’ll be part of a team of 6 people. If you don’t know anything about payroll, don’t worry. Not many people do. During your first two weeks you will learn everything you need to know to sell the product. After these onboarding weeks, you will be able to take on the sales tasks using Hubspot and email.

Although you can always ask your colleagues for help, after your first month, you should be able to work independently and use your people/soft skills to help potential customers choose Nmbrs as their HR-payroll software.

What does the job look like:

08:45 - You arrive at our beautiful Amsterdam office

08:50 - You head to our restaurant to make yourself a nice breakfast

09:00 - Lines open at the Contact Center. You’ll keep an eye on incoming calls and emails. No worries, you do not have to bother anyone. You only have to call people who are already interested in Nmbrs.

12h00 - Lunch time! (it may vary according to other support agents’ schedule)

15:00 - Snack time brought to you by our dear Marcia and Lillian

17:00 - lines close and you get to enjoy the rest of the day

Perks and Benefits:

  • A flat organisational structure that gives you the freedom to do what you do best;

  • We kick off the summer by bringing in all offices together for an amazing event at a very secret location that gets crazier each year;

  • We try to have some fun once all the work is finished. We partake in bouldering, have a couple of drinks on Friday or hit the town for a night out, grab our boards to catch some waves or get sweaty during a Crossfit session;

  • We ensure a healthy balance between your professional and personal life;

  • A referral bonus when you bring in cool, new people;

  • We’re a little different, not crazy. And we hope you are too.
