We are currently present in both the Dutch and Swedish markets. As a sales representative at Nmbrs you have one job: Helping and educating our prospects during a 30 day trial period to assess if Nmbrs is the right software for their company. No cold calling, no pushy sales people, no in your face manager. And we need you to join our awesome sales team and help us grow, both nationally and internationally!
Who we are
Nmbrs is a tight-knit family full of hard-working, passionate and dedicated young professionals. We develop cutting edge software that provides our customers with the efficiency and control they need to give their employees the best possible HR and payroll service.
We have no real managers at Nmbrs and we get work done by organizing people into multi-function teams. Together with our other commercial squads, you will be responsible for converting prospects from the moment they sign up for a free trial to becoming happy customers. This means you:
- Manage your own sales pipeline.
- Have daily contact with your leads by phone calls or emails.
- Actively pursue commercial opportunities where you see them.
- Report on your targets and results on a weekly basis via our crm system.
We still have a small sales team (5 people), but we are growing really fast. If you don’t know anything about payroll, don’t worry. Not many people do. During your first weeks you will learn everything you need to know to sell the product. We have designed a special onboarding program which contains all the product and sales training you need to excel at your job!
Although you can always ask your colleagues for help, after your first month, you should be able to work independently and use your people skills to help potential customers choose Nmbrs as their HR-payroll software. We call, advise and convert prospects into happy customers, but never push people to buy our product.

• Dutch is your mother tongue and knowing English is a plus: both orally and in writing;
• Empathic and communicative skills;
• Living in or close to Amsterdam;
• You are enthusiastic about picking up the phone and help out potential customers (but no Cold Calling, no worries:))
• You are a real team player but still able to work independently.
