What is Nmbrs doing?
We are building an HR/Payroll software. We are changing the world of HR by using our technology to automate tasks and help companies give their employees a great employee experience.
With more than 10 years in the market and present in two countries, we are currently improving the experience for more than 700.000 people every month!
What does Nmbrs look like?
We are 120 people spread across 2 offices; 40 in Lisbon and 80 in Amsterdam. The majority of the product teams are in Lisbon and marketing, sales, customer success, HR and other, more organisational teams, are in Amsterdam. We have more than 15 nationalities!
Both offices follow the same work-structure and have the same environment, although with more personalised experiences. In Amsterdam, we have a new building full of amazing work spaces, a restaurant, a stage for events and cool neighbours to partner up with. In Portugal, we’ll soon move to our own building! New work spaces, a restaurant and a terrace for us to enjoy the sun.
At Nmbrs, we don’t have managers telling us what to do. We work in autonomous teams and follow the agile methods to help us be more efficient and be able to achieve our goal of going to 20 countries by 2025.
What can I do in Nmbrs?
We currently have three job openings for students.
Help our customers with their doubts about our product
Help companies interested in the Nmbrs software to decide if they want to buy it.
This isn’t a normal sales job. You won’t have to call anyone who isn’t interested. You only contact people who already contacted Nmbrs and want to know more about the product. We also don’t work with commissions so you won’t have the pressure to fight for clients
Help improve the candidate and employees’ experience.

Can I really do this while I am studying?
Yes! We’ve prepared a work structure and schedule to align with your needs:
All our job openings for students require a minimum of 16h per week. You can organise them however you prefer. Do you have to be at school sometimes? No problem, work 4h per day or two full days;
The schedules are prepared a bit in advance but we know that sometimes things happen that need some improvisation at the moment. You’ll have the flexibility to discuss with your team and change your schedule according to your needs;
Relaxed and stress-free environment and job. You can focus on your studies without being concerned with work;
It’s a Monday-Friday and 8h30/17h30 company so you can study, work and still enjoy your free time!;
€11.40 per hour and travel allowance support;
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks every day!

What do I need to have?
Native Dutch speaking for the Sales and Support roles;
Being currently enrolled at University;
Being available a minimum of 16h per week, during at least 6 months;
You don’t need to know payroll or have previous experience in the industry. You’ll learn everything about it at Nmbrs;
Problem solver, curious, enthusiastic, humble and cool!;
Fluent English so you can communicate with your colleagues.
