Swedish Native Speaker Sales Agent

Job description

We are currently present in both the Dutch and Swedish markets. That's why we need you! Together with your team, as a sales agent you will be responsible for the initial contact with potential Swedish customers. You’ll be responsible for helping our potential customers decide if the Nmbrs software is the right solution for them.

Who we are

Nmbrs is a tight-knit family full of hard-working, passionate and dedicated professionals. We develop cutting edge software that provides our customers with the efficiency and control they need to give their employees the best possible HR and payroll service.

Job Responsibilities

We have no managers at Nmbrs and we get work done by organising people into multi-function teams. Although the Contact Center is the exception to this rule, we still work as independently as possible.

We have a big group of enthusiastic students and, as a Contact Centre Sales agent, you’ll be part of a team of 6 people. If you don’t know anything about payroll, don’t worry. Not many people do. During your first two weeks you will learn everything you need to know to sell the product. After these onboarding weeks, you will be able to take on the sales tasks using Hubspot and email.

Although you can always ask your colleagues for help, after your first month, you should be able to work independently and use your people/soft skills to help potential customers choose Nmbrs as their HR-payroll software.

In the Contact Center Sales, we are responsible for all the contacts with prospects either in a free trial or that have showed interest in the product in other ways. We call, advise and convert prospects into happy customers, but never push people to buy our product.

Perks and Benefits

  • A flat organisational structure that gives you the freedom to do what you do best;

  • You’re not alone in this. You will receive proper onboarding and coaching in these tasks and develop yourself as a sales agent;

  • We kick off the summer by bringing in all offices together for an amazing event at a very secret location that gets crazier each year;

  • We try to have some fun once all the work is finished. We partake in bouldering, have a couple of drinks on Friday or hit the town for a night out, grab our boards to catch some waves or get sweaty during a Crossfit session;

  • We ensure a healthy balance between your professional and personal life;

  • We’re a little different, not crazy. And we hope you are too.

Who are you?

  • You are native in Swedish and fluent in English. Knowing Dutch is a plus.

  • You have a Bachelor or a Master Degree.

  • Listening and communicative skills.

  • You have good empathy

  • If you have previous experience in similar positions is a big plus

  • You are willing to grow within our company. We are looking for people willing to expand their payroll knowledge and put this knowledge to good use in the Swedish market.
